Salt water storage question

How long can I keep salt water in a 5g bottle without it going bad.

Do I need to do something to keep it longer?

How long? I would say keeping it open and keeping a powerhead in it.

Until I use it up. Right now I have the 3, 5 and 10g going and Im using it for water changes.

I have been buying the SW already mixed from the LFS in 5g bottles.
