I've rotated IO and reef crystals and IO and Reef Crystals mix for years. I've just now started mixing IO and Seachem Reef and so far I am very impressed, but I try not to gauge anything for 3-6 months.

I use IO, but my LFS told me to use Kent salt mix. He said that it would be better for me because it had more calcium in it and that I would not have to dose every day.

Is this true?

Chris
