salifert organics test
does any one use this?i must be missing something here,cause i just dont get it.the directions.
1.put 4ml of water in each vial.
2.put 1 vail on the right,and the other on the left.
3.add to the vail on the right side 3 drops of org-1 and swirl for 5 seconds.allow to stand for atleast 15 minutes.
4.add to the right side vail 1 drop of org-2 and swirl for 10 seconds and wait 20 seconds.hold now both vails in front of you against a white background.continue adding dropwise org-2 untill the color changes to a faint yellow.swirl after each drop for 10 seconds.
5.the number of drops needed of org-2 is a measure for the degree of pollution by many organic compounds.
i dont see where the second vail,the 1 on the left comes into play here.what is the deal????
if anybody has this test,what number of drops is getting to be a problem?
