I'm not sure if latex paint in a submerged saltwater environment will work. Anyone done that before?

Krylon Fusion seems to be OK, most epoxy paints are nneutral when cured but being a 2 part the application is esp ticklish, ie the cured end result is OK but the pre cure 2 parts require special handling and work conditions
