Running polyfilter for copper then buying live rock got a question thou.

Hello once again everyone please allow me to give a brief explaination of my situation and then assist me in the appropreiate time table or actions.
My job required me to go out of town for roughly 2 weeks during this time my auntie added coppersafe to my display tank before i left my attentions were to upgrade this tank to a (FOWLR) instead of being just (FO)

So I performed a fairly large WC on my tank about 45-50% it's only a 60 gallon and then i purchased a polyfilter. My question is how long should the polyfilter take to remove all of the copper from my tank?

Also what should i consider to be a good deal on LR because one place said $4.99lb and what would be the best type of rock to buy? fuji, pacific etc?I would just like to get some that tends to grow alot of pretty stuff lol.
