Rubbermaid sump design

My 75E has sprung a leak (probably a result of the move to below the 220 stand). All bulkhead fittings were tight and dry as well as the corner seams. I was planning to replace it eventually but this forces the issue. I have a 100 gallon rubbermaid container that will be used. I plan to used the threaded opening for the external return pump connection. The new sump will house a refugium compartment, the skimmer, two reactors - carbon and phosban, top off float, and some type of filter. An opening for the drain manifold will need to made in the sump. The drain manifold will be either 3" or 4" PVC on a slight slope to the sump that will be approximately 8 ft. away from the sump. I am not aware of any bulkhead type fittings that are this large. Any ideas on how to make this leakproof?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to compartmentalize the sump? I believe they are made of POLY. There must be some type of gue or adhesive that could be used to adhere sheet stock to the side walls. If you have any pictures of a similar type sump, I would appreaciate it if you would post them. Thanks.

How are you going to seal the drain openings?
