Rolling Black-outs in New England
One warning in winter of 2004 to conserve, this past summer the Boston Globe reported possible blackouts in the future if demand continues to increase

And I read in the Metro the same thing, possibly in starting in the next 2 years. Time to put that whole house Gen in
Maybe a windmill & some solar power too
Or is it simply a ploy by the Power companies to increase prices?
