RO/DI water means reverse osmosis/Deionized, and basically that is just pure water instead of the metal filled stuff that comes out of your tap it's much better for your fish, and will help to prevent stuff like algae blooms. You can buy it from some LFS's (Local Fish Stores) or buy a unit that does it for you which costs about 100-150 american

I have no idea what you mean by age water

Once you have got your water from your ro unit or other form to age it you simply place it in a storage container like a bucket with a lid. Put something in the bucket to aerate the water(pump or powerhead even an airstone) and a heater put the water temp at the same as your tanks temp. Also make sure the ph and salinity are the same or close to your tanks specific gravity (or in other words salinity) and the tanks ph. Generally you want to let the water age in your bucket for at least a few days so make up this water well before you do water changes. I like to let my water age for a week or two.

Hope this helps
