ro/di refill help

i have an ro/di unit by water purification systems (yeah ive never heard of it either) and i cant get a response from them or the dealer on what refill cartridges to get. is there a way of ordering the for sure right part? how would I find out how to go about it? I can provide pics but I have no manual or anything else on the unit. i know im not giving you much to work with but I dont have much. is there a place you guys order from that is good about customer service and helping people figure stuff out, if you guys dont know? thanks.

I use Aqua fx, one of the sponsors. I believe that most ro systems are pretty much standard size so most of the parts are interchangeable.

most filters and media is made by 3M and DUPONT. you can buy these at most home stores. just make sure that they are the same size and type of filter that you need.

I would suggest another of our sponsors, Premium Aquatics. I'm sure if you give Jason n crew there good enuf measurements of what you need, and the brand name to him,i'm pretty sure they will do their best to help you.
Jason went the distance for me ,on a skimmer collection cup i needed to replace my broken Knop cup.found one that would fit perfect(different brand) transhipped it to me straight from the manufactor, and charged me no more than what it cost him , and then told me to pay him next time i come down,,,no prob,,,,,
Like what was said here b4, chances are you can find a suitable replacement, if you do a lil bit of email/phone work,,,good luck!
