RO/DI -Holding -Saltmix-Refugium, is this right

I clearly have no idea what I'm doing. Is this right:

RO/DI to RO/DI holding tank, holding tank to salt water mixing tank, saltwater mixing tank to refugium.

ATO on RO/DI holding tank, ATO on refugium.
