RO/DI Filter Replacement Question

I have an Aquasafe canada system
http://www.aquasafecanada.com/products.htm
The middle one on the page.
I have an older DI unit which is disposable. I need to replace all the prefilters and the carbon filter.
I also want a clear DI cartridge and new resin beads.
The only problem is this guy only sells them in case quanities. I really only want a new set for now. Will other filters fit in these?
Also. It shows the first filter is a 5 Micron Sediment Filter, the second one is Granular Activated Carbon filter, and the third is a 5 micron coconut carbon block for chemicals. I see some filters use a 1 micron for their last filter before the RO membrane. Should I stick to the sizes that are there? And can I use other brands of filters?
Thank
tony

if its the standard 10" you should be able to replace it with what ever you want check on ebay to compare parts and sizes.
