Ritteri Anemone

I have a Maroon clown that I just got a buble for and he loves it, but now my clarki is kinda jelous. I was looking at Ritteri's today and was wondering how difficult they are to keep? do they prefer sand, rock, glass, pvc platform? High in the tank I heard??

Thanks in advance

~Randy~

heres a link to a pic of mine...

http://www.thereeftank.com/forums/sh...threadid=11418

they need to be put high in the tank...if you have alot of rock they will migrate to the highest point in the tank...mine is right under a 250w 10K MH....they also need high flow...they also prefer higher specific gravity and higher temps...i am at 1.025-26 and about 82-84 degrees...

they are really awesome creatures, but alot of people shy away from them as they can go on a "walk about" and do some damage to your corals...mine started roaming around a few weeks ago until i started feeding it more regularly...i feed it a small piece of cocktail shrimp every day...

do a search on "magnifica" here or on other BBs...you should find a ton of info...

heres another good link...

i also bought this book from www.amazon.com
