RIP Copper Banded Butterfly

I went to feed my CBB today and found her dead. She was caught between my pink birdnest and a rock. I think she was picking at food and got caught. The birdnest's tops are really sharp. I picked up the birdsnest and the CBB came with it. Its just sad because she was a really healthy eater and friendly.

how old was that shot of the CCB? it seems a bit thin in that pic. how often were you feeding it?

i am really sorry for your loss. finding one of those that eats prepared foods is tough.

I fed everyday with mysis. It at lots. That pic was like the second day I got it. When I found it it was literally stuck to my birdsnest. I picked up the birdnest and it was stuck to it. It was pinned between a rock and the birdsnest.
