Return Pump Question ?

I have a 20 gallon tank now, whats a good return pump for that size ?? Also I was going to get it drilled also...should it be a 1" or 1 1/4" or 1 1/2" ??

How do you plan on running your return and approximately how much head do you think that you'll have? I've got a Mag 7 on a 20, but due to my output and head, I can run it wide open and I have no issues with to much flow. Don't know on hte bulkhead. I'm using a HOB.
