refugium stocking

Ok I know that refugiums are not the most widely liked items here. But it's more the stuff inside the refugium that I am looking for.

Is anyone here wanting to get ride of or sell any of their cheto or halamedia or any of that sort. I am looking for a whole bunch of different stuff to put in my sump/refugium.

It is going into a 120 gal tank with a 55 gal sump.

I have LR in the sump area but looking to put some other cheto or something in with the LR.

Any sugestions or anyone willing to get ride of any or even sell some?

that's ok.

But since i have your attention what would be a good item to put in the sump to help my tank. I also have a sailfin tang that i would like to grow some food for him in the sump and then just throw some into the display when it's time to feed.

Well I haven't really been gone but I have just been busy. I still check up on the TRT to see what's new.

It is strange that this site in particular seems to be anti-fuge.

I love my fuge! It dropped my nitrates to nothing. I'm not against anything that helps your tank. I have a healthy bunch of chaeto, a mean looking hitchhiking crab and some mushrooms. No real reason for the shrooms, just had extra.
