refug devider


hello everyone
Im trying to us a 29 glass as sump and refug so i want to devide it in half. So one side will be almst full and the other half full. I thought about using plexe glass and silicone to hold it in place but i herd silicone wont adhere to glass any ideas on how to do it?

i would go to a glass shop and have them cut you a piece of 1/4" thick tempered glass that will fit and silicon it into place. while your there, you could even have them drill it! but other than that, i'm clueless.

What type of return pump you are using. That would tell how many dividers you need, if you have a surbmersible then you need one. I'd go to a LFS or glass shop as stated above. You need to determine the water level you want an how much space you want for the refugium. Do you have an blue print or idea yet.
