Nice to meet you! Well, it depends on a number of factors. One of those is the depth of the tank. The biggest though is what you want to have. I would not suggest getting compact flouescent for any reef. If you want soft corals you will be okay with say 1 96watt actintic and 1 96watt daylight. Preferably VHO. Although this is still on the low end as far as I know (I'm by no means the expert ) If you want to keep stony corals or most anemones you will need twice this or 1 175watt halide with 1 actintic if it is 18 in. If it is 24 in I would suggest a 250 watt(this is coming from someone with a 24 in deep tank with 175 watt halides! BUt if I could do it again i would get 250s) Whatevery you decide, make sure you're satisfied with it, or you will end up redoing it, like I'm about to. Good luck! Keep us posted!

What is the dimensions of the tank? 96 watt PC are about 36" so you could prolly get away with most soft corals and a few of the hardy LPS , just for reference most 4' soft coral tanks run 4 110 watt VHO tubes or 4x96 PC
There is a wealth of info in the lighting archive, I suggest you look in there and do some online comparison shopping before spending $$$ on a lighting system.
Anemones are not a good choice for new refers and will benefit from Metal Halide light
