recipe/formula

Does anyone make their own frozen food with shrimp, mussels etc.?

How do you do it, do you add anything too it? Do you just chop it up in a processor? Any suggestions would help.

I few other thoughts
is there any types of fish or seafood that wouldn't be good?
Or make sure it's raw and unsalted?
