RBTA Losing Tentacles

My RBTA is losing some of it's tentacles... they are laying on the ground beside it? I have a little tomato clown hosting it but he's been really gentle to it.

Cause for panic??

How do the rest of the tentacles look? long and stringy or short fat and with bubble tips?

Also what lighting do you have?

Long and stringy. MH 400 watt in a 40 breeder. Has been doing fine for months.
