Randels goby help

Hello all I need some help. I have noticed that my goby is panting non stop. He does not seem to eating well or at all. I do not notice any spots on him other than the tops of his eye socket seem to be deteriating and his tail has a few missing chunks. He does get a little abuse from my maroon. Any advise would be great. Thanks Jberd

well, it could be the clown is he (the goby)a new addition?

how is your water testing, i noticed panting with low PH

great looking fish by the way!! hope he makes it, if possible and it is getting bad QT Tank for somebody

I do have a qt tank set up. And if need be I will put him in. No he is not a new addition. I have had him and the 3 other fish for about 7 months with no problems. I just tested the ph, the lights have been on now for about 5 hours so it is right in the middle of the lighting cycle and was about 8.4. All else is well with nitrates, nitrites, and ammonia at 0. Calcium at 420. Thanks again.

Oh one thing that I did notice is that his stomach was a little bulged. A little smaller than a pea.

man i don't know i wouldn't wait till the last minute to pull him out but that is going to be a chore, wat and how offten do you feed?

i have a randalls goby as well, and i dont think the bulged stomach is anything to worry about, i notice mine gets bulged right after he eats... i hope he pulls through, i dont know about you but mine is my favorite fish
