Question - Place to post pics

Hello,

Someone before asked this question and someone responded with a great place that charges something like $10/yr. I'm not asking for myself, but for someone else.

Which places are the *easiest* for posting a .jpg image and linking it within a post?

which places give more control for a nominal charge?

This person is having a lot of trouble getting images on Webshots, photoisland, and msn.com/photoalbums or whatever it's called to work *consistently*.

The account was free when I set it up, I have 3 albums and still no charge. . . HTH good luck
