If you have the money I'd get the chiller . Your gonna have the door open and every time you go in all the cold air will change to 90 is 5 minutes . If your thinking of a 125 . I would ABSOLUTELY get a chiller JMO

How about a chiller and a ac? double the protection. You can get a smaller version of that portable AC unit for half the price that will still cool 160sq feet. Which is still a LOT more than you need.

Yea I was looking at that portable one only because I don't need an AC in the winter.
