Question about grounding a ballast

I am hooking up my MH retro kit, and the ARO ballast has 2 blue wires (which go to the light), black (hot), white (neutral) and green (ground).

Also, the body of the ballast has a screw with a crimp connector for a ground. Can I take the ground coming from the outlet and tie it to both the green wire coming out of the ballast as well as the ground screw on the ballast case? Or, does the ground screw on the case need to be attached to something different (if so, then what)?

Yes, you can hook them together.

...and don't forget to ground the metal light reflector as well, it can be grounded to the same green wire as the other items you're grounding.
