Queen Angel not looking too well. HELP!

I have a queen angel about 4 inches long or so. I am in the process of changing tanks because I am moving, I had to get my fish out of my old house sooner than expected so I have moved them into a 60g until their new tank is set up here. Everyone seemed to be adjusting well except for my angel who is usually out in the open who I could not find. When I finally saw her this morning her fin and tail were slightly shreded I thought nothing of it seeing as she had been hiding in small crevices in the rocks, as it progressively got worse I got concerned. We are moving now and I cannot find the cord to my camera to put up a picture, but a small piece of her fin is falling off and the rest of her tail is badly shreded. I really love this fish and will do anything I can to save her. From what I have seen online I think she has fin rot but the only treatment I can find are about freshwater. What do i do?

Thank you. I had just done a watrer change last week, and another one last night. My water is clear, and I have about 100 pounds of live rock in there with a filter running, and a good flow going. I can't test it because I have yet to find my testing stuff. But my guess is it is of good quality. (Just guessing) My salinity is 1.023 and my temp is about 80-81.

Take a sample to a LFS.and find if the water is good, maybe amonia burns and/or stress from poor water quailty. Before buying anything else for the tank buy some test kits!

I have two water testing kits. Both packed up somehwere. But I'm going to my LFS to get saltwater to set up a QT. So while I am there I'll get some water tested.
