I guess not to many people are familiar w/the wavy seas or the 210g setup. What does the mfg. recommend?

I'm assuming that you are looking for recomendations on return pumps and not designing this into some kind of closed loop system so here goes. The pump size is going to be figured by how much drain flow you have. If you have a standard reef ready 210 then you probably have a 1inch drain and a 3/4 return in each overflow. The 1 inch drains can handle about 600gph each. Are you going to use the the 3/4 returns as drains also? If so they can handle about 350 gph each. Once you figure how much drain flow you have, you can then decide what size pump(s) will fit.

Your initial question is too vague for a definite answer. The wavy seas can handle much more flow than your tank drains can. A little more info will help with some better suggestions.
