protein skimmer question: how much is overkill?

All:

I'm slowly planning my reef tank, and I'm beginning to look at protein skimmers. I have my eye on the AquaC line. My question: Is there any value to getting a skimmer that's rated to handle more water than I have, or would this be a waste of money?

I have a 60 gallon tank and am planning a 20 gallon sump. The AquaC EV-90 (up to 120 gallons) should handle this fine, but I'm wondering if there's any value to stepping up to the AquaC EV-150 (up to 180 gallons).

Also, I'd appreciate recommendations of online shops where I could make this purchase.

If money is no consideration I would bye the biggest possible. I think it is nice to have some reserve capasity. Plus, if you want to upgrade to a lager tank someday, you don't have to buy a new skimmer.
If you are worried that it might skim to much (which I by the way don't believe is possible, but again this is only personal opinion, you'll probably get different opinions on this matter..)you can always adjust to skim less...
