So, how in the world do you get those cools pics by your name? I have a picture posted on my profile but I only get an ariel on my pic....sorry but thought maybe someone here knew. I'm not computer retarded but.......

Go the the User control panel. There's an "Edit Avatar" section. Down at the bottom you can link to a picture on a web site somewhere, OR you can upload one from your computer using the browse button.
