Pregnant Black Blenny???

I have had a black blenny for quite some time now (maybe 2 years), and just recently it has developed a huge stomach. It is obviously "swollen" with something and looks to have maybe eggs in it. Has anyone heard of any information regarding black blenny reproduction? Any information would be very helpful. She is the only blenny in the tank so unless they reproduce asexually I'm not sure how this would happen. Any ideas on what else it could be?

Have you considered the possibility of tumour? That's one differential diagnosis which I can think of.

tumor, really full belly (food) or possibly some sort of parasite. To the best of my knowledge they need a male and female to reproduce...

The female fish can produce eggs without a male. The male is only needed to fertilize the eggs once the female as laid them.

I hope that is the case and not a tumor.
