possibly a baby urchin?

I found this little dark grey ball with little suction cup tentacles all over it. Here are a couple of pics. Does anybody have any idea?

No I have not seen it move but it is the size of a dime and the tentacles are up to a 1/2" long.

Looks like an urchin in the sense that is "gathering" things! And my urchin has suction cups on the end of his tentacles, that is how he moves

The tentacles go in and out and move around. The only thing is I haven't seen it move much in the few days that I have noticed it. I found it on a pipe organ coral that I recently purchased and has moved to were it is now but other than that I do not know.
