Possible Puffer Problem

Hi...

I was wondering if anyone could identify these odd white marks on my Puffer...
He was fine last night and this morning he has about 5 of these marks...to me
they look like bite marks, but Ive only got the one, so he cant of been fighting...
Ive got in my tank a couple of gobies, some clowns, a couple of dragonets,a blue tang and 2 dwarf lions...I was thinking that maybe he got to close to the lions and got stung, but wouldnt he be dead...he seems happy enough, but he isnt his usual happy self...Ive just offered him some glass shrimp and he ate 3 small ones, so his appetite is still there...

Cheers...
Joanne...

Bob is a Blue Spot or Solandri Puffer...he and my two lions follow me back and forth as I walk round the tank...Ive got clams and corals, and Bob doesnt really bother them...He did peck the clams a couple times when we first put them in there, but I think the novelty wore off and now he leaves them be...
He is really peaceful with the other members in the tank, so long as you dont have two puffers, apparently they fight...Id love to get a Valentini, but Im not game...

OH...BTW...Bobs spots are all gone now...so they must of been bites of some kind...

When the day light is on tomorrow, Ill try and get a better pic for you...I was focusing on his spot for that pic...
