Pod Recipe

I'd like to get some pods growing in my live rock bin. Anyone have a recipe I can follow for giving them a good home/breeding ground?

Phyto is the popular choice of pod production by many ... in a sump that often results in deteriorating water quality in the ST which I think far outweighs the benefit (for pods). Since you appear to have a separated tank then I don't see a downside in using phyto ... my own experience would indicate that pods aren't particular and eat just about anything - I use the finely crushed flaked food (stuff the LFS throw away) for my remote fuge that I use for pod production.
