Pod links

Could someone post the links to the pods please? I have seen the links with pictures, unfortunately I forgot to bookmark them. I was looking at my tank last night with a flashlight. WOW. I have some "bugs" that are about 1cm or more long. HUGE. I am trying to ID them to make sure they are not harmful.
