plankton

I'm not above buying plankton to support my mushrooms, sponges, cup coral, carnation coral and frogspawn (which I know is a lot of plankton dependent corals), but is there an EASY way to raise my own plankton so that I don't have to keep buying plankton in a bottle. I just want to keep a self-sustaining ecosystem, where I keep having to buy additives.

I notice one of the LFS I go to sold bags of water filled with live pankton. I was interested but had no idea how to use/store them. Sorry I couldn't help but Im glad you asked, because I forgot to.

I'm not sure if the organisms you named MUST have plankton supplimentation if you have a DSB, live rock, etc. But if you need more plankton info(who doesn't!) then heres some links:
