Bono, where in IL are you? where did you pick up the scallop? That is the species that puts on the electric light show right? any chance for a video? I'm guessing I speak for everyone when I say we are very curious about the requirements for feeding and caring for this guy.

i feed twice a day, about 1/2 to 1 ounce each time, it just depends on the current and where he positions himslef. I use DT reef's phoytoplankton. I have had him about a month and would not recommend this fish for someone that doesnt want to do this. The pet shops should either not sell these or inform people when they buy them on the care. Now I maybe overfeeding I dont know. If someone here know that could tell me that would be great.

Also, I live about 20 mins from Rockford. Yes this one does that increadible light show and I am not sure if I can do a video or not? About the only way I think I could do this would be through a camera phone. lol
