PH meter calibration fluid

What can you use, other than the calibration fluid, to calibrate a PH meter? I need to calibrate mine and I'm out of fluid. Isn't there some regular household products that can be used? Vinegar PH 2.4????? RO water PH 7????? Kalk PH 12????? There's got to be something I can use.

There is a Borax (3mule brand) di9y ph solution.

I'll try to look it up.

Will post if I find it.

I always get a few packets of 4,7 and 10 from premium when I orders. It always seems someone need it...

And I just got back from the grocery store I'll go see if they have any Borax tomorrow.

soda should read 2.7 - 3.9

then go to

windex w/ amonia should read 10.0

If it moves fast your good, if it moves slow you may need to replace your probe

I know its not a calibation method but you may be able to use it in a pinch, and it's useful info
