ph issues

I posted this in arc but I need help asap and no one seems to be posting at all, so heres the link

Basically, what should I do now? so far tonight I have done 2 5 gallon water changes and tested the PH everytime. I have it back down to 8.2, but is there something I can do to help the corals with stress?

Also has anyone had exspirence with getting replacements from milwakee? I bought it from a local store so should i just run it back to them and see what they say? Its only a month old.

Sounds like everybody has it covered.........and you have it back in line........just keep it stable is all you can do to help out with the stress.

I would run it back to the store but theyre going to probably tell you that you have to deal with Milwaukee directly unless you know them well...that usually standard procedure for warranty issues like that but im sure they will replace it.

should I do another change? my lights are out and my PH is at 8.2 so when my lights go on tomorrow wont my PH shoot right back up?

From what i picked up out of your other thread im kind of leaning towards making sure you have some surface agitation going on...even if that simply means turning a powerhead at the surface a bit.........your ph shouldnt jump up more than a couple points when the lights come on if you can do that tonight and havent added anything that could alter it..............
Id be interested to see what it does in the morning by breaking the waters surface all night as well....

id just check it in the am and do a change then if necessary..........it would be less stressful than another one tonight for you and your tank : )
