PFO VHO retro...anyone using?

Saw these on Premium Aquatics site and they seemed like a pretty good deal. Is anyone using them or can anyone comment on them as compared to Icecap 660 setup?

i use the hellolights kit and have had no problems with it. i have the 2 lamp kit for 6' bulbs. you can also get the same kit from PA. it does not have separate switches though.

I used the PFO VHO uunit for 440 watts and have had 0 problems with it. Doesnt get too warn at all. As far as a comparison to a IC I really cant say I havent used a IC sorry.
