Paragon Skimmer?

Has anybody heard of these? If so, what type of pump would they need, and are they any good? The one that I might be able to pickup is a HOB ~4 feet tall, but doesn't come with a pump. The current owner hasn't done saltwater in a while, and can't remember what type of pump it used.
