Palau & Truk Videos
I finished the Palau video this weekend. So the tape that is going around has Palau (45 min) and Truk (50 min) on it. I mailed it this morning. Here is the list in the order that I got requests. The memo going with the tape contains each persons address so that it can be passed along.
The two segments together are slightly less than a regular feature film that you would rent. So when you get it, pull up a comfortable chair and a bowl of popcorn. I hope you enjoy it. By the way, the tape contains some very good stereo music, so if you have a stereo TV or home theater sound system - crank it up!
Also please try to watch it and pass it along in a respectable amount of time. And ... be kind, rewind.

The CEOHWIC is supposed to take the staff to Palau so we can make our own movies!!!!
We do expect movies of the cruise!!

Wow, I want to see it. Are they any rights issue, where perhaps we could make the video available on the internet in form of AVI or WMV or MPEG.
I'll be more than happy to make the video available on the internet if someone can lend me the video. I have the equipment and PC power to compress the video.
Let me know. I see Alice is getting a copy, so I can work with her if this is okay from the author.

Dick was the last to have it and last I'd heard had sent it on to Brooke/you. If you haven't received it yet there may be a problem. It has taken over five months for two people to get to see it. Either the US Postal Service is worse than Cliff Claven or Newman led us to believe or somebody has been quite tardy with it.

I made copies of the tape, but have sent the original on to Brooke at least 3 or 4 weeks ago; If anyone would like a copy, I can dub a copy for you. It is too long for most folks to use as an .mpeg or .avi unless they have cable or dsl modems.
