ot: saw my daughters today!!!!
wheee!!!!!!!!! got to meet my girls at the mall for a little visit today!!
i mostly hung out with my older daughter saffron (4 &1/2 yrs. old) 'cos the youngest, indigo (almost 3 years old) wasn't feeling well & wanted to stay close to the other mom 'cos she knows her best...it kinda sucked, but i understood..
anyhoo, saffron & i had a blast!!! we went to the arcade & played air hocky & skee ball & bought all sorts of fun junk with all the tickets we won!
while in line for a happy meal, i told saffy that her brother jasper's birthday was coming this wednesday & that mine was this sunday. she said "oh wow! how old are you gonna be mom?" and i asked her to guess...she said "well...you look about 40"
everyone in the line at mcdonalds laughed & laughed!!!
we went to best buy so we could play on the display keyboards, she's been taking piano lessons & gee, that gal is a prodigy, just 4 & 1/2 & she can play a few songs already! real chords & everything!
thanks to all who wished us a good time, it certainly was a great visit

I'm glad you had a nice time There's nothing like a hug from a child.
About 40...I'm not there yet (whew) but they say that life begins at 40. I also heard that 40 is when everything falls out, spreads out or wears out! !!!

In retrospect 40 was good, thats when reality sets in and you get to repair, rebuild, and repent
I would trade 51 for 40 in an airborne second

Glad to hear of our visit Spam-p.
This talk of birthdays, being I just had one got me thinking.
