Hi Tony-

I've purchased from Indo-pacific sea farms, www.ipsf.com . They have captive-bred snails, macroalgaes, and other great sand critters. Just this morning I was doing a head count on the snails I got from them a few weeks ago and I haven't had any losses. They are great snails.

I'll be getting an order from www.premiumaquatics.com tomorrow . I've ordered from them before and they have great service and great livestock. I'll be getting some more snails, tank-raised queen conch, shrimp, and some gorgonians. I'll let you know how that order is tomorrow!

I've also ordered from flying fish express, www.ffexpress.com . They do a good job, but so far I haven't had luck with much of their livestock. Now this could be as much my problem as theirs. I purchased some of my very first fish from them, so my inexperience may have killed them. They do have great sales every week.

Other places I've heard great things from are www.harboraquatics.com and www.paragonsales.com I've been to harbor, but haven't ever had anything shipped from them.

HTH-
Brooke

Thanks for the reply...I'm thinking about ordering some soft corals, and I'm mainly concerned about quality.

Thanks Again,

Tony

Tony-

Our sponsor www.atlantisaquatic.com as well as www.tropicorium.com both sell aquacultured corals. Again, I've heard wonderful things about both places.

Hey, I bought my LR at www.anchofish.com .....and,... umm....., I, uh, wouldn't do it!!! 200 lbs i got for the price of 180 I was thinking, hey, alright, 45 lbs of it was CRUSHED beyond all belief. And everyhting on it was DEAD. I found quite a bit of mantis shrimp, all dead, and quite abit of crabs, all dead, lots of corals, nice creamy smelly white.....and I have heard other complaints from other BB posters. I've heard excellent things about tampabaysaltwater, little more expensive, but rock is def. worth it. Same with flyingfishexpress. Haven't heard anythign on any of the others though...

Though my experience is limited, I have had good luck with Flying Fish Express (snails and a knobby orange star) and CQuarium (1 Acro). All the snails did fine until the blue hermits hit 'em , but the star is fine and the acro from cquarium seems to be doing fine so far.

The only place that I have ordered anything live from was Dr. Mac's corals. The quality and service was excellent. The frags were very large and he even sent a few extra. After 2 months, all are doing well. Bob
