One eye clown fish help

I need help guy,

After I feed my fish with brime shrimp, I saw my clown fish act strange he swim head down and today one the eye is not open ??? is this normal for clown fish ? or my fish have ich ? he just swim at one of the coner of the tank I hope the brime shirmp not contaminate with ich or other bacteria . Any info on this would be great. Thank you

fish can't close their eyes (no eyelids)
what are the other tank mates? maybe it's an infection or does it look like he lost it?
