I still don't like that they took George Washington's Birthday away from him and gave it to all those other guys. 
Sorry you're back is hurting. Many of us know that feeling all too well. 
Had some good, soaking rains yesterday. We'll take all we can get so long as it's not for 40 days and 40 nights. 
It's a holiday for me but not a fun day. It's "Root Canal Day" at the dentist. 
Here's a happy little Tufted Titmouse for your morning cheer. He just finished polishing off a sunflower seed snack.

sorry to hear of the back and dentist things today
well paintball went well. played at a newer park. went thought 8000 paint balls with 7 people..hehe one guy i took out before he even got to fire his new guy..had a wonderful time with my son..until the end.. while leaving, slipped in some mud and twisted my knee! run around all day ..nothing! walking to the car...BAM....

Thanks everybody. I have an appointment tomorrow with my pain management doctor and hopefully they can schedule me for another radio-frequency-whatever it is called so that it will stop bothering me as bad. Even then, it bothers me but not like it has the last week or so. The last one I had done healed about 4 weeks ago and it has been a steady decline since then.
OK, enough depressing stuff Hope everyone has a wonderful day today.

Tim sounds like you had fun with the paint ball. I know I like air soft, Never did the paint ball, Real drag about the Knee Tim.

I am not sure. I think holidays are the days that end up costing me more money in one day than a monthly mortgage payment does.

*orning everyone. Cynthia is still sick and going to the Dr. today. I now am hacking and my backs and legs hurt...I do not want to waste a sick day on being sick. Sick days are for skiing.
It still has not snowed over an inch here...guess winter went everywhere else. I am volunteering to take a foot of snow or two if anyone wants to give their next storm up.
Have a great *onday, though it sounds like a bunch of folks are going to limp or cringe through it.
