OMG!!!!!!somewhat graphic content

So anyways I was talking to Jason (Deuce) on the phone and low and behold I watched as my oscellaris clowns killed my percula Now please don't get upset at me I did not mindlessly watch them kill him for entertainment, I only witnessed the end of what must have been quite the beating. They were grabbing him by the fin and twirling him around trying to rip him apart. I finally got it out but he was dead. I have had many clownfish in the past and have never witnessed that agressive of behaviour before......BTW they were in the tank together for almost a month.

Thanks for the condolences guys, I am more sad that something like that happened under my care I wish I would've gotten the little guy out sooner when the other clowns kicked him out of his anemone.

Well the problem is that the original 2 clowns are oscellaris clown and the third was a true percula.....they were all fine together and I put him in originally b/c my other clowns wouldn't host to the GBTA I put in and this little guy was hosting at the LFS. I recently put in a heteractus magnifica (I think....) and the oscellaris clowns took to it right away, they then kicked the little perc out of his anemone too. :shrugs shoulders:

Man, I heard of clowns being aggressive when it comes to their homes, but taking over the percs. That is something new to me. I have 3 percs and a Maroon, I have never seen anything like that.
