Old timey plastic razor blade scraper
Old timey plastic razor blade scraper
Does anyone remember those things? The long plastic handles with a fork on one end for planting plants and a razor blade holder/scraper on the other.
Now do you know where to get one?

Hey Spank... we have them all over up here. I think that Petsmart has them, as do several lfs. I even have one, if you can't find any, let me know and I'll ship you some.

Petsmart
I didn't think of that! I was looking on the internet. Thanks Scott, we have a new one right up the road (sort of) in Florida City.
I have a confession, Greg I've tried all those new fangled scrapers - actually I've bought them all - nothing works as good as those old $2 razor blade holders.

Betcha shipping costs more than the item itself!
I like the Proscrapers - use them EVERY day!

Jerel, exact same ones available (your link) to the ones up here.
ya can't beat the Kent line of scrapers, but there is still a use for the razor blade ones, (i buy two at a time when i get em).
i got a bazillion of "half scrapers" most all broken in da middle,,,
i'll make ya deal on 'em LOL
ya mean after all this time DSB-less, ya gotta clean the glass finally?

spanks, what has worked best for me over time is the kent metal blade placed in a 1" piece of pvc pipe, cut a slot in one end for the blade and put a threaded nylon screw in it to hold it down. blade costs about $2.00, the pipe is scrap as well as the nylon winged screw.
