OK guys need your help!


Just bought some sps frags from liveaquaria.com and one of them shipped broke from its plug iv tried super glue before on a birds nest and it died! is there a differance between super glu and the gel or what did i do wrong

dunno but any sps can be superglued from what i understand. I superglue everything. I also used the cheapest superglue gel i can find and it always works fine for me. Maybe it was just luckl of the draw with the birdsnest

they are good about that kind of stuff

but the gel is prefered because the gel is easier to puddle up

ditto, i use all kinds of superglue gels on corals. have never had a problem.

plus the superglue puts some stress on the coral which was already stressed from shipping

Use super glue gel, dry off the coral part ou are trying to glue and the part that you are trying to glue it to. I've never had it fail.
