Oh its a Light question help me please

Or guys i just got a 100G tank and i dont think my Coralife 48 inch lights are powerfull enought. They are the 4 x 65 watts 10,000k for a total of 260watts.

I am thinking of jumping on the metal halide boat but i have some questions. I have been looking at the coralife MH set but it only comes in 48 inch and 72 inch but my tank is 60inch lenght. the dimension for my tank are 60L x 18Wx 20H. Or do i just get a retro MH and place it in the middle. Will it reach all the corners. Also the height of the canopy from the top of the tank is about 4 inches high. If i get a MH how many watts should i get?

If you can do a DYI hood I would go with 250W MH and T5 actinic suppliments. You will be able to keep anything with that light. You also will have more options this way than with a pre populated hood.
