Fyrfytr's 93 gallon Bowfront

This is the story of Fyrfytr's tank build. It is a 93 gallon Ocean View seamless glass bowfront tank by AquaVim. I'm hoping to make my build thread a good source of information for anyone interested in purchasing and/or setting-up any of the items I use in my build. Lots of pictures to come... I promise!

I'm surprised I've not seen this thread. My build is currently in the special events/ large tank build-off forum. It's going to be a barebottom 156 gallon tank with custom stand and canopy, with mostly SPS and hopefully a high fish load. It's an upgrade to my current tank, a 58 gallon. I'd love to hear your comments!

Setting up a 125/70 gallon show tank combo w/ sump

I'm in the middle of setting up a double show tank setup. The mainfloor tank will be a 125 gallon dual overflow (brand new) and the tank(s) in the basement will be a 70 gallon single overflow with a 75 gallon DIY baffled sump.

So far I'm only as far as having sanded down my old 125 gallon formerly painted black pine stand and refinishing it. I have begun piping the 125. The 70 gallon is currently running by itself but, will be added into the mix once the 125 is up and has finished cycling (as all of my LR, LS, Corals, and fish are residing in the 70).

Here's a few pics and I will be adding more later as I continue to progress with the build.

Jason
