Ode to Peppermint!
OH, behold that horrid sight!
What is before me is a fright!
The long tendrils of the aptasia pest
Look away with fear I try my best
To not curl up with fear
For the bane of all reefers is here!
But alas, my fear subsides
With little tiny swims and strides
My peppermint shrimp saves the day
With a fresh aptasia meal he walks away!
I just saw my peppermint shrimp attack the first aptasia anemone in my tank, so I thought it fitting to write an ode to him...i need to give him a name, though...now that the shrimp has proven itself....hmm...maybe Spike, butch, or Krull the Warrior King?

I've heard they are...they're hermaphroditic, or at least they can change sexes....I heard they'll just spawn a lot.
