I had the same type or glow in the dark corraline.......but it was green. I had green corraline all over my old rocks, it was very discouraging. It made my tank look over run with algae, when really it was corraline. Where did you get the rocks? If its from the same place as me, we have an answer.
btw, my original rock that had the green corraline like your glow in the dark orange, petco's live rock. Ive never had actinics....so it wasnt BAM like yours is, but I put a black light over my tank one night, and there was green EVERYWHERE on my rocks.

It could be dying coraline (not in a bad way)
If you take a deep purple coraline covered rock and put it face down in the sand for a week or 2 then turn it over the coraline turns a very "HOT PINK" and glows just like that.
The could have been some ditritus settled on the rock and when it got blown off that's what you see.
